Programming this was surprisingly easy—I just followed a YouTube video and had it done in no time. The instructions online were clear and made the whole process stress-free. Key cutting was also simple and didn’t cause any issues. Once everything was set up, it worked exactly as expected. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish. Great option if you’re comfortable using a quick tutorial to get it programmed.

This replacement key and fob combo worked as advertised. Keep in mind that you have to have the key cut for your vehicle and then programmed in PATS. The remote must also be programmed separately. The vehicle I used it on was a 2008 Ford Expedition.

I managed to program 2 car keys for my 2012 Ford Explorer without having to pay a professional expert. DIY instructions didn’t suffice as keys managed to unlock/lock car doors without being able to start the engine. Online search on the web showed that keys needed to be programmed bypassing PATS. I followed the instructions and car keys are fully working.

Be advised the program instructions did not work on daughters 2013 Explorer! After some further research found correct program instructions then had to program twice to get the keys to start the car. Overall saved $300-$370 locksmith/dealer cost.

I have a 2012 Ford Mustang and I have no idea if it will do the "dual key" thing yet, but it refused be programmed by the lock smith. He opened it, compared it to my working key, and said that the internal chips were "different" enough that my Car didn't like it. He recommended that because of the low cost I "could" try again with another key from Amazon or have them (the locksmith) get an OEM key and program that for me. And I know that they can program keys correctly, because I went there the week before and had them make a key fob for my son's Camaro since his new car only came with one. And while I was there, they showed me that their device would say that the key for my car was programmed, only for it to not work when we tried to use it to start my car. I can't keep buying these keys hoping that eventually one will work, so I'll have to have the locksmith order me a key/key fob at $200, and then I may try the key cloning, since I can't return these now that the locksmith has already cut the key part of the FOB to fit my Mustang. But so far, this was a major miss for me.

I got one of 2 keys cut. There are not any instructions.I watched Utube and got it to program to start, work the door locks and alarm but I cant get it to work the remote start. I will try a few more times before I pay for help or order a new one from a different company.

Programmed both of these to my 2010 expedition that i recently purchased and they worked great! I only had one key and wanted to delete any other keys programmed to the vehicle so I used FORScan to program both keys.

I checked the frequency needed for my car before buying. I was able to get a locksmith shop to program them to my Taurus and they both work fine starting the car and on the doors and trunk.

This was the first time I have dealt with this seller and I have had nothing but a Very Positive transaction!!! I had ordered 2 keys and they were shipped very quickly, but when I went to program them to my car with the instructions that were provided and very easy to understand I might add, 1 key would not program after several attempts.
