I’m thrilled with my perfume. I’d forgotten how lovely Ombré Rose is, in a stunning keepsake bottle. I’m really pleased with this company. They answered a question prior to purchase, I think the same day. The perfume came perfectly sealed in the Jean-Charles Brosseau box. The mailing box was the best quality I’ve EVER received from Amazon, so sturdy that I could barely get it open. I’ve received other fragile items in flimsy ripped bubble envelopes from other companies. I was hesitant to buy perfume, not sure how it would fare in transit. The mailing label stated RUSH so they didn’t skimp on shipping costs. I received a text advising me that the courier would arrive in 10 minutes, which was a first. In times when customer service often leaves a lot to be desired, I couldn’t have been happier. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend this company (FRGS, the owner is John Hinds.) 🌠
