It's pool cove, and it's great.
This coving works great. The peel and stick tape was sufficiently sticky to adhere to the walls of my aluminum pool. The foam is not too firm where it won't bend into the corners, and not too soft where it gets crushed or doesn't hold its shape. It's easy to install.

A must have for any above ground pool
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I needed to replace the liner in my above ground pool after 20 years of service. As I did back then I installed cove base around the pool wall circumference over a bottom liner pad. Cove base is relatively inexpensive, easy to apply and cheap insurance for your pool liner. It serves as a gentle transition between vertical & horizontal eliminating most of the stress to the liner in that area. A good bottom pad shields the liner from any sharp stones or other items that may be present in the base material. These two items (I feel) were the main reasons I got so many years out of my pool liner.

Easy installation
Purchased these when installing an 18 foot above ground pool. There were more than enough pieces included to go around the inside. Several of the reviews mentioned them not sticking very well and recommended a spray adhesive which I already had in my garage but did not end up needing because I cleaned the wall with rubbing alcohol first where the adhesive would be sticking and had no problems.

Excellent Product with Great Results
Purchased and installed these recently. The product overall is great. Very easy to install and trim as needed when installing the last piece. Tip - Clean your pool walls with rubbing alcohol where the tape will make contact with the metal.. This will take any oil residue and dirt off the metal and give the tape a better bond. I did have an adhesion issue on 2 of the coves strips. I ended up just putting a piece of duct tape on each of those near the top portion that allowed it to be stuck to the wall until the liner was installed and I started to fill. The end result is a picture perfect cove that is durable. No way you could ever achieve this with sand. For those wondering, I ended up removing a full wheel barrow of sand from my pool ( 18' round replacement liner) that made up the old sand cove. I then spread some of the existing sand to the base of the foam cove to give a nice transition without any holes or gaps. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5: they need to make the tape stronger for a better bond.

These work good, seams to be good quality. Adhesive stick to the pool wall well. Would by again.

A much cleaner install vs. making a sand cove.
What a product! With someone else helping, these were installed in my 24' above ground in less than 5 minutes - that's not an exaggeration. I have done a few pool liners over the years. I'll never do another without this product. Far superior to a sand cove, and super consistent. It made for a great finish for my latest install. What I liked best was knowing for sure my sand floor is flat, because I could see it meet the wall instead of burying that intersection with sand and hoping it was right. Pro tip: Peel the adhesive backer about 6", and fold the backer piece straight up, press the cove into the corner, keeping the cove tight to the floor and the pool wall with one hand, pull up on the backer with the other. Do this about every 12 inches as you go, and you will install every piece perfectly and quickly. The backer is super sticky, you don't want to have to reposition if you don't have to. If you have a 24' round pool, buy the 24' round kit. I read several reviews about this coming up short and was worried. I have a 24' round pool and I ended up with an extra 1.5 feet. I imagine oval pools could be an issue though, so pay attention to reviews specific to the pool size and type you have.

19pcs not enough for 15 x 30 oval pool
Easy to install but 19pcs packet didn’t make around our 15 x 30 oval pool although the description said it’s enough for 16 x 32 oval pool.

These are highly recommended
We purchased our pool in the summer of 2022. They recommend you use these To help keep the force of the water from the bottom edge of your pool. Really no difficulty putting them in as they come with an adhesive on them. Just make sure if you're Putting the Waveless foam on the walls that you stick the bottom of the insulation To the wall as well as the top. Otherwise it can be difficult to put this edge in. Overall it does what it's supposed to do.
