Do these tees have large heads

Yes. In relation to the majority of tees these have very large heads. Quite easy to tee your golf ball and easy to find.

Are the colors a pictured? Orange, white, yellow,pink, blue?

Yes for my two packages but that was over a year ago. I cannot say that is what you will get as I am only a satisfied buyer.
