It is not only a good appliance but even the after sale service is very helpful and efficient. I wanted a spare steel bowl and lid. It was delivered with very good follow up by Upasana. Totally recommend it.

Product not working properly
The product is not upto the standard..It worked fine for a couple of days but lately when people actually eat curd (ie summer) the curd is not setting properly..even after 8hrs of keeping the machine ON the curd is wobbly and watery..Pls get it replaced

Does not work as intended.
The product is decent, this is not at all helpful. Does not provide any good yogurt, comes out with a weird texture. Not a useful product.

Amazing after sales service by Agaro
One of the best purchases I've ever madeโthis product is incredibly easy to use and a total game-changer! I've completely ditched store-bought packed curd since getting it, and the results are always fresh and delicious. And wow, the customer service is absolutely outstandingโit blew me away! I accidentally lost the container and lid, and they shipped replacements super fast at a ridiculously low price. Agaro is quickly becoming my go-to brandโhighly trustworthy and reliable. If you're on the fence, just go for itโyou won't regret it! ๐

May be the best money I've ever spent.
I use this twice a week and make all my yogurt homemade and organic now. Tastes infinitly better than store bought - much fresher - is better for you - and saves money. Not a better combination out there. Highly recommended. Only downside? The directions aren't especially helpful and not very well written.....but all you do is combine yogurt and milk (about 2 tablespoons yogurt to 800 ML milk) - cover - turn it on - and in 12 -14 hours you have yogurt.

Good value - deosnt hold 1.2.litres though!
very easy just pop it on overnight and in morning all done ! however it barely holds a litre and certainly wont take 1.2 litres - but great for the price
