Chess Armory Pro Chess Club Set

This set is a very good quality set. The pieces are tall, they are weighted and feel nice. The board was described as “vinyl” but it is actually silicone which is much better! For traveling the set is large, and if you want something smaller for travel this might not work for you. However, it comes in a nice box, with a nice cloth bag for both sets of pieces, so you can definitely travel with it.

Overall it was a very good chess set, the pieces were solid and nicely weighed and felted, they also feel great. The only thing that let me down was the slight wrinkles on the board. I could not get it out but it barely affects the gameplay, so I highly recommend this chess set

The pieces are nice but the board is so worped and creesed it won't even lay flat of the table.

I really like the foldable board. I can take it anywhere very easily. I used it to start the Chess Merit Badge for my Scout Troop and it worked very well for the class instruction.

Loved the set, except for the creases on the silicone board. The set comes in a rectangular box that forces the silicone board to be folded, which is what causes the creases. This could have been avoided had they used a cylinder tube, like those used for maps, together with a bag to carry the board. This would have been more practical. I don’t know how to get rid of the creases at this point. The chess pieces have a nice weight and feel to them. The box the set comes in is nice but unnecessary, I doubt that I will use it again.

El producto me llegó con un pequeño defecto en el tablero pero todo lo demás está de maravilla, sus piezas bien detallas y no se sienten huecas, es muy cómodo jugar con un ajedrez de estos

Las letras no están impresas como debe de ser, las tiene al revés!!! Todo aquel que sepa jugar ajedrez, sabe que el cuadro blanco siempre está a la derecha, y que la forma de leer, es de izquierda a derecha. Las letras están impresas incorrectamente en el tablero. Ahora, no es una falla que impida utilizar el producto, simplemente es un error fatal en una empresa que se dedica a hacer tableros de ajedrez calidad de torneo… a demás, si estás distraído, o estás prendiendo a escribir posiciones en ajedrez, es un verdadero problema.
