Good value, quality good enough for salad dressing

This comes in a lovely bottle with handle for picking it up or hanging it. The olive oil is excellent and not at all bitter like some can be nor overly heavy. It is lovey to drizzle or store cheese or vegetables in and of course olives which I like to transfer into olive oil from brine which I do not think stores olives as well. As a side note, this companies olives are one of the few which you can buy olives in oil from. So where possible I get those as they stay crisper and fresher in oil than any water based liquid.

Very good quality olive oil makes a big difference in our family. We have all used supermarket brands before, some are good, some are terrible. I like to buy a good quality oil for salads and Italian cooking and found my way to this brand. No looking back now, I'm truly happy with this product.

AFTER READING SOME REVIEWS I BOUGHT THIS TO TRY FOR MYSELF. HOWEVER I FOUND THAT IT Does not smell of good olive oil, extra virgin olive oil. I have tried many before buying this one, I shook the bottle before tasting it, still no luck. AND I HAVE TASTED MANY GOOD QUALITY OILS BEFORE. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN, THE BOTTLE IS VERY NICE THOUGH AND IT'S GLASS. I DO NOT TRUST THE PLASTIC BOTTLES OF ANYTHING. PS. THE LID WAS CRUSHED IN TRANSIT FROM ONE SIDE, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WELL PACKED BY AMAZON, WAREHOUSE WORKERS.

Aceite de oliva virgen extra Le Terre di Colombo, envase de 1 litro, cultivado y envasado en Italia con aceitunas de la zona. Lo primero que me ha llamado la atención es el envase, viene en una bonita botella de cristal con asa de aspecto retro, además el cristal es oscuro para evitar que la luz dañe el aceite. En lo que a presentación se refiere le doy un diez. Las aceitunas para la elaboración de este aceite de calidad se recogen y prensan mediante procesos mecánicos, incluida la extracción en frío. Perfecto equilibrio entre sus aromas frutados de intensidad media, que son un auténtico gusto para el paladar, con un exquisito sabor herbáceo con notas de tomate verde. En casa nos está gustando mucho, sobre todo a mi me ha encantado para las ensaladas, me parece que le va perfecto. Lo recomiendo, es un aceite de calidad que da un gran sabor a cualquier plato, rico rico.
