Great vitamin for my 5 year old, helps her immune system. Since taking daily with ionic zinc she doesn’t get sick often. She likes the taste of the vitamin C more than the zinc

I bought these MaryRuth Organics kids’ vitamin C drops to have a simple, everyday way to add a bit of extra support to my children’s routine. I like that the formula is USDA organic, vegan and in liquid form, so I can adjust the serving according to the directions based on age. The taste is mild enough that my kids don’t fight me on it – they’ll take it directly from the dropper or mixed into a little water or juice.
