Make sure to test yours within the return window.
Unfortunately, we were travelling when the item was delivered. I would give 0 stars; the one we received did not work. It does not switch on when plugged in and set up correctly.

Make sure you connect properly
Very good blower and vacuum - as one of the other reviews stated, it doesn’t work if the connections aren’t clicked in properly. At the start I thought mine was faulty until I checked again and made sure the vacuum bag had been clicked in and locked properly.

قوية لكنها بدون مستويات السحب او البخ،، متعبة في حال الاستعمال المفروض من البائع اخبار المشتري ان هذا الموديل لا يحتوي على مستويات سرعة المكينة ضبط مستوى السرعة جدا مهم لا أنصح بشراء هذا الموديل

We found that part connecting the vaccume bag with the blower missing. Can I get refund or the missing part?
