I’m a warehouse receiver who has to use a touchscreen zebra scanner all day, along with constantly signing documents and taking notes. I needed something strong enough to handle every day, full time use at work but that I also could confidently carry the rest of the time too as a quality EDC. To be honest, this pen exceeded my expectations in many ways. I love the bolt action mechanism that is elegant in its simplicity, for practical use (and also satisfyingly fidget friendly btw!) It writes well, and lasts longer than so many other pens I have tried, but also fits refills from most of the other big name ink brands if you are afraid to commit haha (I love fisher space pen ink those refills fit perfectly in this pen). Also the ergonomic design of the body means that not only is it strong, but is even more comfortable to hold than I thought. Definitely worth the money

Wasn't sure what to expect at this price point but I am very pleased with this pen! The presentation was completely unexpected as most purchases from Amazon are delivered in a plastic bag of some sort so when I saw the really cool designer box that was sealed with the Cool Hand logo that peaked my interest even further. Upon opening the box I saw some black designer tissue paper with the Cool Hand logo which was expertly done. After removing the tissue paper I was greeted with an extremely well made and weighty bolt action pen complete with an extra ink cartridge and three extra stylus points in varying colors. The pen is masterfully done with high quality materials and the function rivals many of the $100+ bolt action pens I've handled. If you are looking for a well made, durable bolt action pen look no further. I'm ordering 10 more for gifts right now!

This is a nice looking pen. The bolt action works well. The ink, Schmidt P900, is okay. I replaced with a P9000 which is exponentially better. It’s only five inches long which is on the smaller side. Because it is shorter, it may be an issue for those with larger hands. Also, the clip and bolt action mechanism can get in the way when holding the pen. The clip is very tight and hard to actually use. If you can get it to work it’s then difficult to take the pen out of a pocket and it can rip or destroy fabric. It comes with multiple replacements rubber tips for use on a device. The tips work on apple products.

It's only been just about 25 hours since I received it, but I love this pen. It writes well, despite not writing as bold as I prefer. I can probably change that with a refill... It's lighter and shorter than my previous bolt action pen... The blue color is excellent, the stylus works great on my phone and tablet where others have not. The action is a little gritty at first, but fiddle with it for a few minutes, and it will get smoother.

After opening kind of a basic but well done branded box removing the tissue paper I was greeted with a beautifully-made, G10, bolt- action pen. This pen has a very nice weight to it. Some of the other reviews said it came with an extra ink cartridge, but mine didn’t. It also came with 2 extra caps: one stylus cap and one solid cap. The pen is masterfully done with high quality materials and very comfortable. If you are looking for a well made, durable bolt action pen look no further.

I am an EDC fanatic and fairly active in the EDC community. I carry my pen and knife side-by-side in my pocket, and several of my nice knives were being scratched by my steel Zebra F-701. Conversely, several of my plastic pens were being scratched by my knives when I switched to using those. I purchased this pen to fix the problem and it has worked! The micarta is soft enough that it doesn't wear down the knife coating as quickly as steel, but is hard enough that if it does rub against the knife, it isn't visible. Any scuffs on the micarta wipe right off with a wet rag. The bolt action is a bonus and has operated flawlessly when needed (and as a fidget). I haven't had any issue with the clip becoming loose, and if it gets bumped out of place, I just shift it back. Hasn't bent or stripped away from the pen after several months of use. Highly recommend this item to add a unique touch to your EDC!

This pen feels very good in the hand. I wasn't a big fan of the insert that came with the pen, it kept ripping through paper.

Excellent pen .. if you want a nice ,, handy ,, grippy EDC pen then it’s perfect to carry around .. Expressbox is a great seller ,, they delivered it on time and product is also genuine .. most importantly price is deliberately cheap compared to other vendors .. I’ll definitely recommend this pen for every day carry ..
