**Q: Can someone please tell me- Do you put water in a bottom container and food containers on top of that? I tried once and it didnt keep food even warm.**
A: Yes - put boiling water in the bottom tray, then light the Sterno, so the fuel does not have to first heat the water - the created steam heats the food.  I had excellent results using the Tiger Chef set in this way. You also need to keep the food containers in place to hold the steam in.

**Q: do the wire stands fold up for storage purposes?**
A: No, they stack nicely, but do not fold up.  The water pans arrived mashed in a flimsy box.  I ended up getting some replacements since I felt it would be unsafe to try and straighten them out and use them.  The company was very apologetic and gave me a refund and is looking into the packaging used on the shipment.

**Q: Can foods that are crisp such as fried chicken be keep in the tray or will it become soggy?**
A: It should be fine

A: Yes they were included

We had 26 people over for Christmas and purchased two sets to keep our food warm. They were perfect. I was honestly hesitant due to how cheap the set costs but the quality was great. The smaller pans were a bit thinner than the ones you can purchase at the grocery store but we didn't directly cook in most of them but rather transferred the food to them. For the one I did cook in, I used a cookie sheet underneath it in the oven.

This set was more than I could have hoped for! I got it for a buffet Christmas Eve party for 40 and it was perfect! The food was warm and appetizing on the table. Liquid fuel is included and lasted a little longer than labeled - for us the food stayed hot for about 3 hours. The frames are totally reusable, and we will be reusing the large trays (for water), and several of the smaller aluminum trays were recyclable. (Easy to pick up at the grocery store though). The frames nest easily for storage.
