Do not buy this brand. It’s not a company. They have no website and no customer service. My shaft broke in a year and a replacement shaft is as expensive as a whole new unit. Do now it’s worthless.

This is a strong and heavyweight hand blender. I wish it will stay on instead of holding the on button. Not convenient, but blends amazing you just need to be strong to handle.

This thing is a beast. Love it for the product I make.

Not a bad blender while it was working. We bought it as a backup for our other high powered blender so it sat unused for the majority of it's life. Once we started using it (2-3 times per week) to blend flavors into our yogurt, it just suddenly stopped working. We maybe got about 6 months of use out of it max. Of course, by the time it died, the warranty was already expired. Also, the wand comes with a really cheap plastic, painted screw connector. The silver paint started peeling almost immediately. bits of silver paint would fall into our product.

Bought multiple units from this company- Same issues everytime, it works for a few months and then it stops working. The last purchase lasted 2 months and then the power button wouldn’t work, tried reaching out to company to make it right but a week of silence from them. Stay away if you plan on using it commercially.

The motor and blender are OK. After 10 months of using it we havent had and issue with the motor. But we cant say the same from the shaft, after 10 months it makes a cracking noise and shakes a lot. Not good quality. There isnt a way to service it and we cant find just the shaft in Amazon.Not recommended for restaurants, buy knowing you wont be able to find support or parts.
