Yes, dry wax is meant to be hard, and that is why that call it a "dry" wax. Begin with a small amount of product and emulsify it between your palms and fingers to "warm" it up, then distribute in areas of hair that you want to style. Thank you!

Does it leave the hair dull,?

Not at all, this product is exceptional. Leaves hair looking natural, it smells great and does exactly what it’s suppsed to do.

What does it smell like?

There is very little odor but what is there seems kind of a citrus smell. It is very hard to describe but the smell is not powerful at all. Very nice and pleasant.

can you use this on dry hair?

Yes, in fact it works best on dry hair. It is just very very hard you will need to use a blow dryer to help it melt before you add it to your hair.

Superb styling ability

Recommended by someone I watched on you tube and it's fabulous. I get up in the morning after using the wax the night before and all I have to do is run my fingers through my hair and it's done, ready for the day. So easy to use and styles hair brilliantly.

Overpowering scent

As a hair wax it worked very well but not as wonderful as the price indicated. Unfortunately the scent was overpowering for me. As the reviews said there was hardly any scent, I was surprised at how strong it was and I could smell it on me for ages after. Not a pleasant smell either I must add. Very disappointed as this was VERY expensive for a wax. That will teach me to watch Instagram hair videos!
