My plastic surgeon recommended this scar cream to me after a recent facial surgery. I have very sensitive skin and was concerned about break-outs and agitation in addition to scarring. I've been using this cream for a week now and can honestly say it exceeds expectations. This cream is great for my sensitive skin- I have not had any breakouts and it seems to be helping my scar heal everyday. Unlike some other scar creams I have tried in the past, which have been glossy/oily, this cream goes on smoothly, and is not oily, so I can easily wear it during the day without being noticed. Bottom Line: I would recommend this cream to anyone who wants an easy to apply, non-oily cream that allows for fast healing and application during the day. ** I will update with results in a few months as to how it works with long-term scar prevention.

We bought this to help with scarring my daughter has from a burn accident. The skin has begun to toughen and tighten and makes her very uncomfortable. I received this in a attractive package, with clear labeling and usage instructions. It's in a convenient size that is easy to keep handy or throw in your purse and go. It's easy to measure out portion to use and not get all over the place. The feel of it is smooth and hydrating, not sticky or greasy. She already has a big difference in the softness of her skin and the scar has lightened. I'm just a couple weeks! She has used other scar creams and none of them helped as much as this has! Very happy with my purchase!

I started buying this the early part of 2018 this after my doctor recommended it after surgery on my leg. For me the product worked really well and did the job it was intended to do. The issues I have are with the cost, the value for cost, running out of the product quickly and inconsistency with the packaging. When initially purchased March 2018 it cost me $45 by May 2018 when I was ready to purchase again, the price was marked up to $59. It appeared that the amount of product associated with the cost hadn't changed so I personally didn't see any additional added value for the cost increase but continued to buy because it worked. For the product itself, I found that I would run out quite quickly using it 1 to 2 times a day in dime sized amounts. Longevity for me was typically between 4 to 6 weeks using it at least 5x a week. For packaging, every time I have order, I've received different bottle types. It's always been a variation between the air pump and, what I imagine to be, the original pump which is quite an odd experience not to know which bottle to expect each time I order.

8/7/2018: The cream seems like it could be high quality but I have no way of knowing because on my second use the dispenser stopped working. I opened it up and it looks like the mechanism to dispense is just way too short; either that, or there is a missing part lost in the bottle somewhere. I tried digging around for it but I ended up wasting some of the product! Now I need to figure out how to get it into a different bottle... But the quality of the dispenser does not give me confidence in the product. How much more expensive can a better dispenser mechanism be to produce relative to the price tag of the product? EDIT, 9/17/2018: I am impressed with the customer service. They sent me two more bottles of this cream and the dispenser on these appears to work properly (no problems thus far). I will update my review again at a later date reporting on progress!

I Love this creme! I do wish it was less expensive, however I am willing to pay their price because I feel it is by far one of the best ones out there if not the best! It is silky smooth and cool with no greasy feel and has no offensive scent! The bottle is such high quality I do not want to throw it away , I wish they could make this refillable and sell creme refills for it! Love it, Love this creme it has really worked well in healing my scars and is a joy to use! I Highly recommend this product!

I first bought this scar cream in my doctor’s office after I had a tummy tuck and I starting using it 3 weeks after the surgery. It comes in a large container which ended up lasting almost the whole time. Its very smooth and not oily at all unlike other scar creams I’ve used in the past. I started seeing results within the first month and by the end my scar looks amazing. I bought this one on amazon to have in the house just in case my kids get any cuts or scrapes. I highly recommend ScarlessMD to anyone who cares about what their scars look like.

I ordered this with very high hopes of actually being able to USE the product. The first order arrived and I went to use it. The pump was broken and wouldn't dispense the product. Ok, fine. I returned it while ordering a 2nd one. The "new" one arrived and was in a beat-up box and lo-and-behold, a broken pump that someone had obviously tried to take apart and returned also. So I returned the 2nd one and gave up. For a $60 cream, I'd expect the pump to actually work. Maybe it's a great product, but the packaging is cheap. Very disappointed. Trying Mederma.

I am a veteran to scares, I have had multiple surgeries throughout my life, 4 on my knees alone. After my last surgery a friend of mine suggested using this product. I can already tell a huge difference in how quickly the skin is healing. Not only that, I can feel how smooth the skin is getting. Typically my skin raises while it begins healing but this product seems to keep it from doing so. I have only been using it for about a week, as I wanted to wait until the stitches were removed, but I am excited to see how well it progresses in the coming weeks. I've also started using it on my previous scares 🤞.
