My 3.5 year old loves this toy. It comes with a remote that has excellent range so when she can’t steer or my younger daughter is in it and doesn’t know how she can still play with it. My daughter also loves that there are songs she pretends she’s like mommy and drives around town. The speed is the perfect speed for this toy. Assembling it took some time but it is very doable and easy to assemble.

We bought this for our granddaughter as a birthday present. She only had it a week or so (it took us that long to put it together!) then it stopped working. The battery was fully charged and the jeep would cut on, but would not run or move neither by remote or by pushing the gas. It was a long hassle, but finally got in touch with the seller and they wouldn't refund, but sent a replacement. Well the replacement took a while to get here then a while (again) to put together. And this time it didn't even last a week and it stopped turning left. The steering wheel wouldn't turn the vehicle and the remote wouldn't either. I have been trying to get a refund since then, but it's "out of the return window" so now I'm out all the money I spent, and have two pieces of junk that neither work. Amazon customer service will not do anything either.

The pieces are not clearly numbered so it is hard to find which ones go where. It can be done, but it is like sorting out a puzzle. The instructions have everything numbered and lettered but the numbers and letters are not on the pieces or packaging so you have to guess by the way it looks what piece it is. Normally on a project like this you have a separate cardboard carton holding all the screws you need and a cheap screw driver. None of that was in the box. The pieces were supposed to have screws attatched to them so you could snap them in place and screw them on to the body of the car. Half of the pieces were missing their screws. I feel like the person packaging the item was trying to screw us over(pun intended). We had to go out and buy more screws to get it put together. We have not charged it yet, but I hope the car runs better than the assembly fiasco. Edit: We found the screws under the hood. So I am bumping up the review. Look in every nook and cranny of the car for the hardware!

Bought this for my nieces 4th birthday. Loves it. All the features are decent too. The remote definitely comes in handy as well since she is still very young and I bought the bigger size so it will grow with her. MUST BUY!!

Received damaged product. The straps securing the battery were broken. Customer service has responsive and understanding via email. They assisted in a partial refund instead of sending it back. We were able to solution for securing the battery. Our daughter loves her jeep. The battery life is great and the jeep even handled on the snow that we got this week (did require a tow a few times). Instructions are overwhelming in the paper format, we watched a YouTube video to assemble.

My nephew likes the gift I gave him very much. it’s his birthday. He likes the car very much. I search a lot of different brands toy car and finally chose this one. My nephew is so happy when he seem it. After I received it I immediately install everything. Is so easy to setup. The quality is good. It’s have 3 level speed. So smooth when the steering wheel make a turn. Even me can seat on it. Feel comfortable and safe to seat on. Red color car it’s my dream car. It’s so perfect for kids up 3yr older.

None of the sounds work. It’s either a faulty sound board or wires and from what I’m reading in the reviews no one will help you out

Grandson loves it. Would like to see an over ride key so they kids can’t just hop on and go whenever they want. It’s good for them to have supervision when using.
