This exfoliant takes a few weeks to show full results, but it’s worth the wait. My skin looks smoother, clearer, and more even-toned. Pores and texture have improved noticeably. Be consistent and follow directions.

Wanted to try a new peel and this is definitely a different one from my usual five that I use. It almost looks like your bloody face when you’re using it. You don’t get a burn, but I can’t say that it’s ineffective just because of that. I’ve used it several times so far I’d say, and I think it’s pretty good. The next day my skin feels great and I leave it on too long. I definitely feel appeal coming on with dead skin. I like adding it in with my other peels for more gentle one. Would recommend. I think I'm used to feeling the burn and its ok It doesn't.

If I could return this product I would. Once I opened the package and saw it wasn’t a deep red like The Ordinary I knew I wasted my money. I took a chance to save a few dollars and I shouldn’t have. I used it and immediately I could tell it isn’t the same. There was no tingling. Then when I took it off it didn’t make my face feel fresh and clean like The Ordinary. I felt like I needed to wash it, like it was still dirty. Such a waste of time and money. Don’t try it!

I have never used any chemical peels or really anything like this before, so I have nothing to compare it to. I’m unsure it’s exfoliating anything mainly because I don’t feel anything happening while it’s on my face. I do like how it makes my face feel afterwards though. It feels extra clean afterwards and quite soft. So maybe it is exfoliating?? But it also reduces redness in my face after using. I don’t use it all the time, maybe once a week or so (probably more like every other week). But directly after and the next day, I feel that redness has been reduced a little bit.

I have purchased this item as of May 20, 2025. I bought it for its cheaper price, compared to The Ordinary version. I was dealing with a few bad scarrings from acne at the time that wasn't going away. After the first use, I immediately saw a difference. Compared to The Ordinary, this did not hurt as much and felt a lot more effective. This could be because I have already been acclimated, but be wary for any first use buyers (I still did a swatch test, despite my experience). My scaring practically went after the next week. I feel this product is a good cheaper solution compared to its competitors, when used and tested appropriately. I would not recommend for new users, but would for any people with experience that wants more bang for their buck. I did not deal with staining and clean up from accidents was fine, but be cautious applying it to any porous surfaces.

I normally get the Ordinary version and by accident got this one instead. Still the product looked promising so why not. Overall the texture is quite similar (this one's a bit more pink n liquid). The results are much milder than it's counterpart. Yes, I do think it actually did something as in comparison to one side of my face it was a lot softer and less textured. Someone else mentioned a tint to the skin afterwards and I'd agree. Took a bit of extra effort to get what was a light pink tint left behind. That's a big no no for me but it's also not like I use this product before going out. I would say anyone with sensitivity that wants to try this type of product might like this as it definitely seems less aggressive than other brands I've tried. If you're someone that really likes the other branded product I'd say stick with that one, you probably will be disappointed with the results.

So im curious why many say they don’t feel a sting, but for me it not only exfoliated beautifully, I felt it working. My skin within a few days was clear, soft, & it removed that sunburn area. Note: I want to keep in mind tio, I bought this twice three months ago & now am hesitant to order more because of the new reviews

I saw a clearer, less blotchy and greasy complexion the first time I used it! Brighter complexion too! Nothing dramatic very subtle, but I could tell it is going to work.

Don’t believe this actually has the active ingredients as claimed on the label, and has a particularly harsh red dye/colouring that stains the skin. Definitely not the same results or quality as the ordinary product it’s attempting to copy.

As with others I thought it was The Ordinary brand it is not and marketed to fool you as it’s the same price but I wouldn’t even dare to put this product on my face ! No way in $ell !

Thought i was buying the Ordinary brand, product description even have a video of Ordinary product. Very disappointed.
