I only took one dose, and the product felt like glass shards to swallow. Like another review said, it settled in the cup I used, and then I will add that it scraped my throat raw. It's been hours and it's still red. A few minutes after swallowing it, I got swollen and rashy lips, mouth and throat swelling and redness, and pretty intense general malaise. I have never had this reaction to any supplement or cellulose-containing product.

This stuff is great. I read some of the reviews and I thought they didn't make much sense. This is insoluble fiber, but some people were unhappy that this was not soluble enough. This is not supposed to be soluble. I have been using this for years even before I was an amazon user because I have IBS and am unable to digest many insoluble foods. This helps.

I’ve been taking this for years now and it’s become a staple in my fight against IBS. It’s tasteless, doesn’t clump. I put it in my energy drink every morning and I barely know it’s in there. No grit, no weird texture, just an easy way to get that extra fiber in without messing with flavor or consistency.

Hands down one of the absolute WORST products I’ve ever tried. Literally HORRIBLE and should be banned as it’s a choking hazard, not to mention disgusting. I was looking for a healthier insoluble fiber option without sugars and dyes. This is not it by any means. It does NOT mix or dissolve with liquid, even if said liquid is literally boiling. It’s the equivalent of drinking a glass of sand, and catches in the back of the throat, around the tonsils, under the tongue - just gross!! How this product isn’t banned is beyond my comprehension. Do yourself a favor and avoid this!
