Johnnys Fine Foods French Dip Au Jus, 1.1 oz each (6-pack)

This is the only au jus sauce i use every one in my house likes it. It tastes just like what the restaurants use.......

I tried it on a whim at the grocery store, and there is so much rich flavor. 1st time was for French Sandwiches, and it took them over the top! This will become part of my staple for anything beef flavor stews, broths, onion soups, or anything where you want to enhance the beef flavor richness.

First pork flavor. A bit salty. I added juices from my pork roast to make pork French dips and got compliments from my guests.

I've been a fan of Johnny's for a long time. Once Covid hit, it was almost impossible to find in stores here - especially from Oct-Dec when the holidays hit. So, I started ordering online. So far, no known issues. Always received the right product and shipping was fast. I prefer salty, so if you're not one who likes salty things I'd suggest a bland, tasteless McCormick packet.

Essential for making my French dip sandwiches. I have a hard time finding this at local stores.

The powder is nothing like the liquid version. The liquid tastes great with prime rib but the powder has a bitter taste.

Aujus became very hard to find locally. Not the best but fills the Bill. Would but again, no doubt.
