I liked the two thin pads however if not placed correctly. They sadly fold back on themselves. When placed correctly then do last up to 12hours. They were less usable legs or arms. A strange smell of mustard. Kind regards Raymond Lewis

First thing.. they have a very strong smell, and it lingers !! I had to wash bedding. You couldn’t walk out the house while using it. And not sure there were any pain relief qualities although it seemed to warm the area which helped.

Used this on a torn ligament injury on my ankle and its working wonders in terms of pain relief on days I'm really struggling. Tingles quite a lot - and heats up well. Don't leave it on too long though as it has an affect on my skin after a few hours.

I am 64 and have severe arthiritis i am on naproxen pain killers for severe hip .i am a manual worker and in four hours i push 400 pounds trolleys over 5 km ? The neproxen needs a little help i was told to add parecetomol . But i cant keep pumping my self with meds so thought try a alternative .These pads are assisting my meds and i am not joking but its only been a week ?They are brilliant the warm weather and the neproxen and these pads are brilliant i cut one in half put one each side of my groin and wow not a remedy just a good few hours pain free . Sorry to go on i need to get the fact accross that i have had a pain free week what can i say ? Any free sample much appreciated and will be passed on ?

I have fairly bad back pain that I use painkillers and heat to keep more controlled so when I saw these patches I thought they would be great to try as I'm always looking for alternatives that can help. Unfortunately these didn't do anything for me and they have a very potent smell that can be distracting if you're already in pain and/or unwell. I did try them out a few times as I didn't want to waste them, I even gave the spares to a friend who also said they didn't do anything for her sadly.

I think these do help but they absolute reek of methi, the ultra-strong Indian herb, it will make your clothes and bed smell awful. I had to stop using them

I’ve worn them for years because i have a crumbling spine but my lunber spine ceased up and thats where i wear them. I also tske painkillers but the heat from the patches are realy helpful .

I have had pain in my shoulder for over a week these patches are worth every penny I had one on shoulder one on arm and the relief I have felt amazing and the heat is so soothing saved me a trip to doctors ... I'd tried just about everything else ...thank you .
