They immediately help your feet weather you have supination (walking on the outside of your feet) and over pronation (walking on the inside of your feet). It might take a couple of days to get used to them but after walking on them for a full day I can already feel a difference. I would recommend this to anyone who has these feet issues. When I get home from work I take them off and try to walk on the sole of my feet as if I was still wearing the heel cushions. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from these feet issues, they are a game changer!

These hold up well and have the cushion and tilt I needed. I used a single layer in 2 pairs of running shoes. I run on trails so they get dirty but if you wash them well with soap and water their stickiness returns and they hold up well. I bought them to help adjust my running stride to help with some foot pain. They helped one side but caused some knee pain on the other. Without an orthopedist it is an exercise of trial and error. If nothing else, they provide feedback on the position of my heel strike as I run.

I supinate (walk on the outside of my feet) and I use these in my shoes to help try and correct it and keep me from wearing down my shoes. They don't hold up through the washing machine very well, but they come in a 3-pack to make it easier to switch out when needed

They definitely changed the way I walk immediately I could feel i was landing on the back of my heal rather than the outer edge. And they are mushy and cushioning which is nice but also the part I am going to have trouble getting used to. They are not like 3/4 or half inserts where you can feel the ending of them, you can feel the end but the softness makes this not so bad.

Doesn't not work at all. Large is too small, would probably be better if they were solid instead of a very soft gel. At the price it's not worth returning. In the trash they go

These shoe inserts have been wonderful. They are easy to insert, feel comfortable, and best of all my shoes are not wearing out due to my corrective shoe inserts. I highly recommend to anyone with supination or over-pronation

My brother has been wearing these for about 2 weeks and you can see his legs and his posture improving (he has bow leggedness). If he does not wear them, his leg deformity is more noticeable. We were both skeptical at first but it makes such a big visual difference when he wears them. Hoping his legs will get better. (Photo of him wearing the corrections.) Without the corrections it is really bad.
