The flavoring does a good job of masking the odor of a fish burp. But you still get fish burps sometimes. Depends on what you ate prior to taking the capsules.

My husband has very dry eyes and his optometrist recommended that he start taking these daily. I found them for a slightly lower price in a double pack here and it was a no brainer!
