This book really makes you take a look at yourself and focuses not on what you would do but on the motivations behind your choices and also what are your strengths and weaknesses. It takes a look at where the human psyche lives on a normal day, when we're in our safe place and where we are when we're stressed/anxious and how that effects our choices & motivations. Truly wonderful idea! My only criticism is that it is labeled as a Christian book but beyond a couple comments there is not much about God, religion, scripture, etc. Should not have been labeled as such. If you want a book that is profound and helpful in growing in self-discovery and self-awareness then this is the book for you! This book was about This book is designed to be read side by side with the main book. The study guide recommends which chapters to read in the main book before each chapter in the study guide. The information in the study guide provides you additional information about each type and guides to how you would apply the information. It also provides additional thought questions for each chapter to use in a group environment. Things I liked about this book It did help me further understand what I read in the main book. Why you should read this book If you want to learn more about Enneagram’s you do need to read this book in conjunction with the main book.
