Does it fit btween two walls?

Depends on the wall. if it is smooth, it will remain fixed. I used it without screws between the door frame and it could hold 70-75kg weight easily.

It is fixed permanently??

Nope as long as u have a wall you can but the holes won't go anywhere you need to fill it out

Does it fit tight on wooden doors?

If you install the brackets by using screws you can definitely use it on wooden door

Can it be installed without screw?

Yes..You have to fully tighten it by rotating the rods in opposite directions
