Broken cookies
The cookies tasted good however everyone of the were broken into several pieces. Disappointing considering they were orinally shamrock shaped.

The cookies were very tasty. However, more than half of them arrived broken, which was a problem since they were intended for a party (in one of the boxes there wasn't a single unbroken cookie). This is because they were shipped in soft bags rather than boxes. The soft boxes that contained the cookies were partially crushed. Even though I ordered several boxes, I didn't have enough unbroken cookies to fill the plate. :-( Sellers need to understand that a cookie as fragile as a shortbread needs to be shipped in a solid box!

Update: this item is not returnable and I can't get my money back! 3rd review. Well, the third time is the charm. It's the third time I've ordered the All Butter Sharmrock shortbread... and they still sending the original flavor... Convinced, I won't order them again. By the way they are not low cost, I am paying a lot for them. Here I am returning them! 2nd review. I ordered the "All butter" ones. I received the original one... this is not a returnable item. 1rst review.....this are good, more "crackerly", but I prefer the butter ones consistency, more like biscuits....
