LOVE it. It's just what they say it is. Fun for kids of all ages.
this is so cute. I ordered this for my 71-year-old son for Christmas because he has been wanting a dog. I am 91 so I do not want to walk one. It was supposed to be a joke, but we have had so much fun with it LOL. He had seen ads for these and it was just what he wanted. It walks on smooth surfaces but on our carpet it just wiggles but the tail wags fast. It has a cute, clear bark. It does repeat what you say also. The fabric is nice but it is not particularly cuddly. I do't know how long the batteries will last, but I'm not worried about it since I just bought a box of 32 on Amazon. The accessories are cute. It would be fun for someone in a nursing home or a person who is house bound

Works but you'll have to tweak the positive battery terminals so they will touch.
Works good but first you'll have to bend the contacts slightly with a pocket knife or similar as they do not reach the positive battery post the way they are. Just know when nothing happens that's the problem.

Adorable and So Much Fun!
This plush golden retriever puppy is absolutely adorable! It’s soft, cute, and full of personality. I love that it not only walks and barks, but also repeats what you say—it’s hilarious and sure to get lots of giggles. My grandkids are going to love playing with it, and I can already picture the fun they’ll have talking to it and watching it mimic their voices. Such a sweet and entertaining toy!

Defected and cannot return it
We purchased this item for our granddaughter and it was defective. Since it was 33 days after we purchased it, we cannot return it. 1. Factor this in your decision if you are considering purchasing this item- the item was defective due to the poor quality of material when made in China. 2. Going forward, we will NEVER purchase something in advance knowing you cannot exchange a defective item from AMAZON - this is a horrible disservice to their customers. Especially when purchasing gifts for others. I spent nearly $40 on this for our granddaughter's birthday who lives out of state. It does not work so what are my options other than trashing it? 3. Due to the time it takes to get selected items, my wife has already purchased items from AMAZON for Christmas 3 months in advance. But NOT anymore. We do not have money to waste on damaged items.
