It will stay on the tank . Pops in and out . I use a torch with a 5 foot hose , it keeps the tank upright .

The same as a 14.1 oz bottle, of course. I searched the web for you and home depot says Product Width (in.) 2.94.

Could i use this for my blazer big shot gt 8000?

No. They are nowhere the same size.
