Who and where is this made?

I do not know where this is distilled. I know it is a hair less expensive and does the same job. I use this for rinsing my lenses only. Then I use a sealed pink vial to fill it for my eyes. I say Naina for the rinse, pink for my eyes. That way I do not worry about having to put a date on the bottle of rinse and I use it before two weeks s up, AND I do not worry about using a solution of water before two days is up because the pink is always fresh.

Can I use this with scalera hard contacts for the fill on my eyes???

That is how I use it and I haven't had any problems.

I wear scleral lenses and use purilens,can this be a substitute?

I am not familiar with your lens, but I did a substitute on my hard contacts and have had not problems now for over a year. This solution is a hair less expensive and does the saqme job, -in my opinion. Good luck.
