I don’t see why not. I cut the foam paper v easily and also made Calla Flowers and it worked great. The material has a give to it/ it stretches too when you pull or tug on it. I have used a hot glue gun to assemble my florals and it made the process so fun and easy. I’m not sure what “flower formers” are but I formed flowers w my hands no problemo.
