If you have a Jeep wrangler Tj with the straight 6 engine and 5 speed manual ( or straight 4 with 5 speed manual tranny) this is absolutely the flywheel for you. When I opened I found packing grease on it to keep from rust so don't worry just blast it with break cleaner and put it in. Remember if you have the 6 cylinder torque it to 135ft pounds as for the straight four I am unsure I believe its about 115 but don't quote me on it. Either way this is definitely a great product. I would recommend that if you get the corresponding Luk Clutch kit to switch the Luk throw-out bearing with a National throw-out bearing as the Luk throw-out has plastic parts and plastic is a no go for a transmission and the reason to choose National is because they are a seasoned company making very reliable full metal regressed throw-out bearings for years. This product will be good for factory replacement and tranny upgrade

Fits perfect, oem part for jeep 1992 4.0L engine. Good price also. Don't waste time refacing your old one, it could get too thin and run into problems with clutch releasing. And for Jeeps, refacing it not recommended because it would remove the slight curb on the facing. They are not completely flat with OEM.

Well...it's a little weird that the flywheel bolt holes are "keyed" and only installed one way, without any other keying to help you line things up, but you can't blame LuK for that. When my clutch blew, it was either get my existing 2000 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L flywheel honed or buy this new one. Honing was almost as expensive, but was discouraged. So I got this one. Seems to work great. In concert with the [LuK 05-901 Clutch Kit] I purchased, my Jeep drives better than new with no clutch chatter on a cold engine. One item to note...when removing a flywheel, you always should replace the flywheel bolts. I bought the [ARP (146-2801) Flywheel Bolt Kit] which fit my Jeep just fine. Also, you need a torque wrench. But if you are doing this work, you probably already have one.
