Is the trap quiet? We want to trap a couple of pet cats without scaring the hell out of them.

Yes it's quiet. Also, for those who don’t know, immediately after the cat is trapped, cover the trap with a beach towel or old sheet so it can't see out; this will calm the cat down right away.

How do you set the trap for feral cats?

Place the cat food in the back of the trap. When the cat steps on the trigger in the back, the entrance will shut. We were able to capture and relocate the feral cats to a more suitable home.

Can I order a Replacement rod

I was unable to order a replacement rod but after explaining the animal tore mine apart, they replaced the entire cage at no cost

Does have a second door on the other end that lifts up so you can get the food out without letting the trapped animal out?
