Great product I believe it helps to prevent illness. I take it regularly and it seems to work great.

Quercetin has been recommended to me by 2 doctors. I tried it, and I can definitely tell a difference. I am not coming down with everything I’m exposed to, and I believe I recover faster when I do get sick. I take it regularly. This brand is a quality product as well, which makes a difference.

I bought this for my allergic dogs as I'm pretty convinced they (and so many other dogs) are allergic to bermuda grass from late summer through early fall. Bad skin allergies have definitely subsided, but it may also be that it's past pollen season. The true test will be next July. I do think it's made a difference and if I think about it next season, I'll come back and update this reveiw.
