No,it meet EN 812:2012 Standard,but not designed to meet ANSIZ89.1-2009 Standard, Type I, Class C, G & E for industrial head protection.Use only to protect from minor bumps and scalp lacerations.Baseball bump cap with solid internal cover for protection against knocks and grazes. I would venture that this cap would protect you on the golf course.

Can this hat be used instead of a hard hat？

It is not a hard hat and not advertised as such. If you need a hard hat for work, this is not acceptable. It is very good for working in confined spaces or anywhere you might want bump protection.

Description says usable for warehouse and factories , does that mean this is Osha approved?
