BOSCH 6056C HEPA Cabin Air Filter - 3 Layer Protection For A Healthier Ride

I replace my vehicle’s cabin filter every year. A YouTube search will show you how easy it is to do and save a lot of money versus having the dealer change it. It’s a quick task. I think this Bosch hepa interior air filter is a good price point and I find it has worked well for me. I recommend!

I bought this for my 2008 Prius to help with allergens since I drive with my dog often. I wanted something that fit right and actually improved the air inside the car. Installation took under 5 minutes with no tools, and it dropped in without any issues. The build quality feels solid, not flimsy. After replacing my old filter with this one, I've noticed fewer odors entering the car while the A/C is drawing in outside air. I that assume means this thing is doing its job right. This filter is considerably thicker than the filter that the dealership had installed prior, and at first it seemed that it might not quite fit into my car's filter tray. However, I didn't give up, and before long I'd got it in there. This was my first time changing my own air filter, and I was proud of myself for doing so, as I'm not much of a DIY person. The process seemed slightly intimidating, as it involves removing the glove box to gain access to the filter, but in reality it turned out to be just as simple as YouTube made it out to be. I believe just about anyone could change their own air filter if they wanted to. In case it helps anyone, I used this filter in my 2009 Prius.

Fits 2012 Toyota FJ perfectly. Super easy to replace take less than a minute.

Got as a replacement for my 2008 FJ cruiser interior cabin air filter. Install was fairly easy. You can access the cabin filter through the glove box. It didn’t seem to fit 100% exactly though, so I did use a little tape the seal the edges and prevent air escaping outside of the filtered area.

me gusto que este filtro es bastante grueso, si, afecta flujo de aire, obvio, porque su filtracion es buena. creo que podrian mejorarlo poniendo una capa da carbon activado o sodio para quitar olores desagradables de trailers o diesel.

I switched to HEPA, because the carbon filters worked for a couple of weeks but needed replacing often. I can get 8-12 months out of the HEPA and there is a noticeable difference in a fresh smell in the van all the time. I definitely recommend this product.
