## Questions & Answers

**Q: Using echo link amp (60wx2-ch amp) connected to switch. sound drops dramatically with each speaker added. suggestions for amp between echo & switch?**
A: You can expect a volume drop when you add more speakers. How much this drops depends a lot on your amplifier, but also the sensitivity of your speakers. Note that the amplifier in the Echo Link Amp is unlikely to drive many speakers at a time at high volume. Our favourite amps to use are the Sonos Amp or the Bluesound Powernode.

**Q: Can you use google home or assistant to control the zones?**
A: At the moment (2021) Google Assistant / Google Home is not supported, only Amazon Alexa.  This is on the roadmap for the future.

**Q: How does the remote control (contact closure) work? Does it take a voltage on/off to enable/disable speaker outputs?**
A: No voltage is required.  If you touch COM with A, it toggles Zone A on and off.  If you touch COM with B, it toggles Zone B on and off.  You can read more about this here: https://flow.audio/support/contact-closure/

**Q: Where is the remote control?  advertised with remote control but nothing in box?**
A: Audioflow does not include a remote control.  You can use Android, iOS, Amazon Alexa or wire your own switch to the contact closure connector (labelled 'Remote Control').
