Q: How to disassemble the base and the pole please?

Feel happy to know that you are interested in our product. Here is the way how to Dismantle Pneumatic Cylinder. Step 1: Disassemble the seat from the base with a screwdriver. Step 2: Use a rubber hammer to tap on the center of the part that connects the seat and the air cylinder. Repeat 5-6 times until the air cylinder comes off the part. Step 3: Turn over the base. Use the rubber hammer to tap on the center of the base to loosen and disassemble the air cylinder from the base. NOTE: We recommend applying edible oil/engine oil/rust inhibitor to the connection between the air cylinder and the claw base for lubricating. Hope this could help you solve your concerns.

The spinning tabletop is terrible, I agree. I didn’t read the description close enough to realize this. It’s past the date to return. I’m considering duct taping the shaft to stop the spinning. Not happy about it.
