This very low sodium soy sauce has a nice taste but it's bland so we enhance it with "fake" salt which is potassium chloride. You should check with your health provider before using potassium supplements because bad kidneys can cause problems with it. We also added Wasabi to this product and it made a pretty good sauce for sashimi. The one star reduction is because of the high cost and the small bottle.

Low sodium is truly low

A bit on the expensive side, but the flavor is good.

Wow is this awful. I spent a long time hunting for a soy sauce that had low sodium. I was delighted to find this. I was really surprised when it was delivered. $15 dollars for 5 fluid ounces. I think you can buy a gallon of Kikkoman soy sauce for about 3 dollars. I used this to make my favorite Pad Prik Khing special green beans and they were so nasty that I threw them out. Total fail.

Great for dialysis patients

From a nutrition standpoint, this is one of the best options out there, but the high level of potassium chloride gives it a metallic salty taste that I'd liken to driveway salt. Not my personal favorite low-sodium soy sauce.

It's hard to find low sodium soy sauce but this is my go to. I like to use it in stir fry and also in my glaze that I put on salmon. I like the taste of it.

Good, a bit expensive

Weird taste. Does not taste like the usual soy sauce. And the salt still very high. And a plastic bottle
