Everyone knows that the hypothalamus is a very important organ, almost control everything. This is very powerful pill. My personal experience is that you have to find the right dose, not necessarily one pill at a time. My theory is that the hypothalamus secretes a variety of important substances to control our physical activity, but the amount of secretion is gradually released, according to the needs of the body. If we take one pill at a time, the dose of the drug can be very high in the bloodstream for a short period of time, and after a few hours, it can become very low or even completely disappear. This process is not very physiological needs, and you may even feel unwell. So my advice is to use low-dose, multiple times daily. For example, I take 1/4 or 1/8 tablets each time and take 3-4 times a day depending on the needs of my body. Of course, everyone is different, you should adjust the dose according to your own situation. This pill helps me a lot. Help me with chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, brain thinking, bad memory, mood, motivation, etc.

I take 2 of these every day and will be working up to 3 a day per my practitioner. He said your thymus is like the CEO of your entire body. Vital to support it. When I started, because my body in ill health, could only take 1/4 of a cap a day. Then gradually worked up from there. Will take for the rest of my life. Good product and good service. After reading some of the reviews for this product I start to use it. I has helped with stabilizing my hormones and moods. There are other more detailed reviews than mine which I recommend others to read before making a decision to try a product but I can say it has made a difference for me. It's not a fix all. Bodies and minds can be so complex and I do many other things to take care of myself so this was a nice addition to protocols I already follow.

Many years ago a chiropractor recommended that I try Cataplex F for cold sores/fever blisters. I used to get them when I sick or was in the sun. I've taken two per day for a few years and now I don't get cold sores. I have cut back and only take them if I am getting sick,feel a cold sore coming on or spend a lot of time in the sun. They work great. I feel more comfortable taking them than over the counter products.

Women inevitably hit perimenopause & get hot flashes. Went to the doctor & blood work showed my hypothalamus was raging. I will NOT take Big Pharma drugs. After searching I found 2 possibilities. One, is a $150 a month powder, & the other, this company website which after taking thier test with just the 1 complaint.....said I needed $277 worth of supplements!!!! Played with the test putting many various symptoms & it always came up the same. So off to Amazon to look just for this. I still think $37 is pricey BUT it seems to be working. I hope it is doing its job in my brain. Hormone regulation is vital for your entire body. Will update at 60 days. I will note that I am still sleeping just a light sheet (on & off ) at night. But have not had anymore real sweating in the week I've been taking it. I am also cutting it in half taking half am half pm just due to a review saying it made them "crash" during the day? I don't have time for that.

It’s disappointing because I expected noticeable results. I don’t think it’s worth the price for what it delivers.
