Great vitamins. Bought originally as my nails, that have always been fairly strong, started to break, flake & split. Not great when I wanted to grow them longer. Not only do these gummies taste yummy but my nails have grown like wildfire. My hair also grows quicker, which wasn’t looking for as keep my hair in short style, but shows they do what they say they do. Been taken them now for about 6 months. Does take good month or 2 to start seeing results but stick with it. Like the price point as well. Used to buy another brand on Amazon and was paying the same price but for 60 gummies whereas you get 120 with this brand for same price. Worth buying!!

I have been taking these for a year or more. I think my skin looks good, genetics may well help but my hair was thinning with menopause. I have always had reasonably thick hair. I noticed fine baby hair sprouting on my hairline and it has continued to grow and strengthen.

Seems good way to take in the vitamins, but could be pricey for a family to take.

I’ve taken other Gummies that cost a lot more and can truthfully say these are as good. The taste is pleasant and they have a nice texture.

I've been using these gummies for a while now, as i was losing hair thanks to Peri-menopause and I'm really happy with the results... BUT, I started getting really bad Cystic Acne and usually i have nice skin. I found out recently that high Biotin levels are a cause of Cystic Acne, so although this product does work, this is something to be aware of! I'm now trying alternatives to Biotin and giving these gummies a break for my skin to recover.
