perhaps, it's not quite champaign?
With all my respect, it's not quite champaign flavor, though I must admit that this particular flavor is rather dif to emulate. Used it anyway

Don't buy this
This tastes like poison! I am a great baker and made my vanilla frosting the same way I always do but added a few drops of this stuff. Ruined the entire cake. Inedible. Had to throw away a whole beautiful cake.

Tastes like bubble gum, not pink champagne
Definitely not a pink champagne taste to me. I can’t use it for a customer order. It’s a very artificial taste and kind of like bubble gum or cotton candy. Disappointed.
