Premier Protein Protein Shake (30G,11.5fl. oz)- Pack of 12

I love this protein shake. And PumpkinSpice is my favorite. When ever I have surgery or even if I think I’m not getting enough protein in my diet. I try to drink one aday.

Very healthy 160 calories and 50% calcium which is great. I've tried 5 flavors, Choc peanut butter is great, pumpkin good, peach and vanilla are both bland

My first flavor of Premier Protein shakes was White Chocolate Raspberry. I thought they tasted really good but more like strawberry milk than their flavor name. So this is my second flavor and once again, I think it's good but it doesn't taste like pumpkin spice. To me, has a charred sweet root vegetable flavor (odd, I know). So maybe like charred sweet pumpkin or yam. It does taste good....just not as expected. I wouldn't buy this flavor again but I am going to try chocolate. I usually make my own protein shake but I keep these in the fridge for convenience. I'll throw one in the freezer before my workout. It's ice cold when I'm ready for it and it's smooth and creamy. It's not at all filling for me so I'll add an apple, string cheese and nuts... overall it's a great nutritional profile. This is a good value because these are much more expensive in the grocery store. I do prefer the plastic bottles over the cartons because they're recyclable.

If you like pumpkin pie, then you will absolutely love these!! They are amazing! Ordered two boxes!! I highly recommend my other favorite birthday cake!! It feels like cheating with a lot of sugar in your diet but yet you’re not. You can’t go wrong with this brand of protein shakes. They aren’t chalky like many others taste like. They digest very well for me. My husband loves the Banana Creme that he feels takes like a Banana smoothie or banana bread with no bad aftertaste. My favorite is definitely the Birthday Cake. The pumpkin is great but you can burn out easily on it.
