Can the preout and sub output be used at the same time ?

Yes the pre outs can be used to incorporate a second amp and the sub outs can send a mono signal to at least 2 powered subs. 1 from the right and 1 from the left sub out rca plugs ( red+black/white)

Can you talk or sing over every input with the microphone

You can only connect microphones in "Mic input" not to every input.

Can this be connected to a Pyle speaker selector to then to a 18 ceiling speakers?
