Review: Game changer - I honestly don’t know how I lived without this litter box before. It has made such a huge difference in keeping up with the litter, and the biggest surprise for me has been how much fresher the house smells. Not having to constantly scoop and deal with a dirty litter box is such a relief. The CATLINK is easy to set up and operate, and once you get everything configured, it does the work for you. My cat took to it much more easily than I expected, and having the box clean and ready after every use has been a game changer. I was initially hesitant to spend the money on an automatic litter box, but now I completely understand why people rave about them. It saves time, keeps the litter area much cleaner, and most importantly, makes the whole chore so much less unpleasant. If you’re on the fence about getting one, I would absolutely recommend it. Review: Great product, great support - These CATLINK self cleaning boxes have been a life saver for my household. I have 3 of these since I have multiple cats. Although, not cheap they are a great investment since I travel so much for work. It saves money on a cat sitter. They are very easy to setup and use. The anti pinch feature truly works. Initially my cats were extremely curious about the rotation of the units and kept sticking their heads into the bubble, or tapped their paws on it, the unit comes to a complete stop. I even tested it by putting my hand in through the opening as it rotates and it stops immediately for me, too. It's easy to transition your cat from a regular box to this one by putting some of the old litter into the Catlink and your cat will start using it. I don't have a step stool for my senior cats but they jump in and out easily. Emptying the drawers every week is pretty simple. I had an error issue with one of the units and had to email Catlink support They responded quickly and provided multiple troubleshooting steps and video. They also called me directly when the steps didn't work for me. Great customer support.

Please unplug it and then plug it back in after five minutes. If the auto mode still does not work, the device needs to be recalibrated. Please follow the video below for weighing calibration. These CATLINK self cleaning boxes have been a life saver for my household. I have 3 of these since I have multiple cats. I have a multi cat home and have for years. I have seen auto litter cat boxes but never really considered getting one because the ones I looked at were very expensive. One day fate intervened and an acquaintance told me about the CATLINK Cat Litter Box and she was very happy with it AND the price was much more affordable. I took a leap and decided to order it. LIFE CHANGING for me! I can not love this cat box more than I do. My cats adapted immediately (probably something to do with cat curiosity) but they got in it immediately and they all use it. I do have a couple of very old kitties and was worried they would not be able to get in and out easily but problem solved. I purchased a catlink pedestal and no problem. The box is easy to clean and the litter bags are also a cinch to change as well. I love that I am not constantly scooping out poop. I loved the first box so much I purchased another one. I honestly do not notice any cat odor either. The box signals when litter bag needs to be changed which is typically every 2-3 days. I highly recommend this litterbox! I give it all the stars!
