Once a day - 15 minutes. Actually, when I used it for the first time, I felt pain, that's why I used them once-twice a week, but not for 15 min, for 30 min may be. And I really saw a result.

do these work on veneers?

No. It says it does not work on veneers, crowns, fillings, or dentures on the box
