Q: I can't see the materials. Does this board have foam in it?

Yes it’s a foam board with a wood “look” printed on it. It’s not wood. Shiny plastic on the bottom. Still it looks & works great.

Q: Can this be used as a stand up board?

Been using this board in the So. Cal surf for a few years and it is not a board on which you can stand on in the traditional surf board method. Boogie board only, but a good one for that. Use fins to catch waves.
