Hands down from my experience a great vitamin C, my skin has improved with adding this to my skincare regiment!

This is an excellent product and I like the lower dosage per tablet, since we only absorb 200-500mg per dose, which remains in our system around only 5 hours, and the rest we pee out. We take one tablet morning and again in the evening, several hours before bed so we're not having to make a lot of bathroom trips during the night. Use your own good judgement!
