They will not honor the warranty on the printer past 60 days.
The claim they support it for 2 years is crap. Very frustrated trying to get this working, worked great initially, then I didn't use if for a month and now it won't print at all. I was informed I had to purchase a "support" plan to get any help at all. So this was definitely a bait and switch.
