Seems to be helping. I take it in the mornings occasionally to help pull water into my gut. This one mixed with any form of magnesium in the evening seems to be helping. This one is a low dose which was perfect because I didn't want to take too much with the other one I take. So this was perfect for me.

This is a great form of magnesium citrate.

Life Extension Magnesium Citrate. I just received 15 minutes ago so I can't say how Citrate works yet, but the bottle was packaged very nice. The bottle was sealed in plastic. The lid has a flip top which makes it convenient. The opening of the bottle had a seal and inside was stuffed with cotton. The capsule was clear where you can see the magnesium and the capsules were filled to the top. The size of capsule is a little short of one inch. I had no problem swallowing. It is a soft not hard capsule. I would definitely try Life Extension again.
