with a few adjustments it works well.
Handmade Sword - Black Lacquered Wood, Deluxe Table Stand for Katana or Wakizashi Swords.Using this to display a Samurai Sword that we bought. I is really simple product. 3 pieces of wood. I was hesitant at first as it wobbled quite a bit after I put it together. but as it turns out the slots are not an exact fit. so the 2 pieces of wood intersecting the mail piece was over extending. this was causing the unit to wobble. I took it down to the floor and pushed the woods against the flat floor. then it all became together. no longer wobbly.I particularly like the inscription. The way of the Samurai. very fitting for display over the mantel.for 3 pieces of wood it is not cheap. but it is worth it for the display.

Assembled in 30 seconds and solid table top unit.
I like the simplicity of this stand. No matter what it is constructed of it went together very easily and came undamaged with a very good finish. The picture illustrated the arms at an angle and mine have a very slight angle to them. I got the three tier but if more are needed I would not hesitate to by from this seller again.

looks nice
took some force to make it fit in the slots, seems a little wobbly but has held up under the weight of three swords, looks very impressive

Too small stand
I expected this to be much bigger than when it arrived, it holds my three blades that's for sure, but when I look at the stand; I was like wow! I hope they fit. How about actually listing the size of the stand from now on to help buyers purchase the right size stand.

Over all well Sized and Beautiful
I Truly do love the Design and how Beautiful the Product was taken care of. The wood is light and strong. The Black Paint has a deep and nice tone to it. Just over all immaculate

Not a bad three sword rack...
I have a matching set of three display swords (Katana, Wakizashi, Tanto) that were just propped up against the corner of the room. This stand was just the thing to make a presentation display for the swords. Easy to assemble (though you might want to glue the pieces together) and the racks have red felt lining to prevent scratches. There might be better quality racks out there but those would be for the $10,000 swords that are 600 years old. Anything less than that, this rack will serve just as well. One side note- you are supposed to store swords in these racks with the blade edge facing UP, not down. Japanese swords are meant for cutting rather than stabbing, and the razor sharp edges always faced up (even when they were tucked into the belt) to prevent damage to the wood scabbard (Saya).
