I’ve used the Bastion Probiotic Enzyme Cleaner – Professional Strength Solution on a few jobs involving small sewage spills while cleaning out drain lines, and it works very well. The cleaner has a pleasant scent that effectively neutralizes odors rather than just masking them. I’ve also used it for dog pens and runs, and it makes a noticeable difference in reducing smells. Application is easy, spray bottles for small areas or a 1-gallon tank sprayer for larger spaces both work great for quick and even distribution. Overall, this is a reliable, professional-strength cleaner that handles tough odors efficiently.

Best I’ve found yet, my dog is old and when she has an accident the smell of her urine is so strong most cleaners don’t touch it and require so many cycles of treatments. This stuff works the best so far!

I ordered one that said no rinse. The one I got did not state that. As well as it did not state u need to dilute it. I used it on the basement floor and took a very very long time to get all the "soap" up. The smell came up but was definitely alot of work. I did not try this on the furniture bc I can't wash the cushions.

***Great to add 1 c to steam machines & straight for a fresh spot stain issue. HOWEVER ~ If you use it Full Strength & straight as a Final Enzyme Neutralize for dust mites or Pet accident s You (Must add a de foam product or it will make a MESS)! ***Very soapy (be careful not to slip)if on a hard floor or too mop~(Works good against Allergies tho) However All That SAID ~ Brings Old musty Ingrained urine/poo stained carpet back to life. **Great for auto carpets or RV **** If carpet is old or already a mess CLEAN it with Oxyclean & (Find a Recipe from a Carpet cleaning biz for (inbetween use); THEN Apply THIS as a Last Run & Let DRY Wet too DRY! ***It Cannot Kill Enzymes it Doesn’t Reach & You Won’t Destroy Odors if you Leave the embedded ! (It Works If You Use Correctly n Not too Mask Filth; but to permanently remove the “enzymes” that embed the smell! after Renting Out a Place that Needed a Emergency Carpet Clean (and We Expected too Replace it) One Jug (after A Oxy-Spot Clean & Basic All Purpose steak Clean) we let it dry Looked ok but still musty! Got One Jug of This And Boom The Carpets Dried BRIGHT Soft ALSO it Killed PET Odors Down in Pad & Smoke Smell Also… was Gone! ( a 18 x 24’ and a Hall and a 8x 10) Two Weeks Past No Re appearance of stain Or Smell Carpet Fibers are Refreshed no longer (drab n flat in some areas) also **** Newbies cannot believe there had been smoke or renters with nasty “pets”! (Amazon had one I loved) worked as a cleaner n last item But cannot get it. We have a kitty cat in heat and she has decided to start tinkling randomly in the house. I decided to try this based on other reviews and it works great. I clean whatever mess is there by soaking up with paper towel then soak the area with the enzyme cleaner and let it air dry. Works great with no repeat accidents in that area. I have already reordered to treat an area rug.

This formula is super sudsy. Not a fan, really hard to clean up afterwards on carpet. Still could see some of the stains. Not a strong smell so that was nice. Might be better for hard floors instead of carpet. It left my hard floors with a residue film tho that was kinda slippery. I might need to dilute it more then I already did. Not the easiest to work with.

Gallon of milk escaped the bungee corded fridge in our fifth wheel while en route to a vacation spot 4 hours away. The milk had a chance to swish around on the flooring, mostly vinyl thankfully, but some carpet on slide areas. Milk got under and into the corners, under the slides, and onto the small amount of carpeting. A real mess, and even after clean up, we could smell the sour milk! We tried everything and nothing worked. THIS DID! It took a few treatments, and a few days, but the milk smell is gone, and there is no lingering odor from the treatments. The product doesn’t have a strong scent at all. Great product.

I was getting my hardwood floors redone and after sanding them, the contractor pointed out some pet stains in the wood. He said that they can't remove them and suggested we go with very dark stain to cover them up. I said, "I may have a product that will remove those stains." So we saturated the stains with this stuff, let it sit 10 minutes and the stains came out almost completely. The flooring guy was absolutely amazed! He instantly ordered two bottles for himself. He said this was a game changer. And we were able to finish the floor with clear finish. Enzymes consume organic materials and are especially good at consuming animal waste.

This stuff is amazing... Works well on smelly drains but I was shocked at how well it worked on a slow/blocked kitchen sink drain. I actually didn't think it would work but was I ever wrong! First time in forever that that sink has been draining so easily... Was bummed that it was unavailable for a while and am really glad to be able to get it again, because you never know when you might need it... Has so many uses, including laundry stains and smells in clothes... highly recommend...

The product does as advertised. It does leave a film on the floor though if you're a little heavy handed with it. Strong scent, I recommend wearing a mask. That's what I did.

It was great and smells good

It did help with the smell in my bathroom drain but the kitchen is still smelling. May need a few more treatments. Not fantastic but does a fair job.
