Difficult to find gluten free graham crackers or crumbs in the local store. These are awesome! Great taste, works well in the recipe I needed it for. Superior to buying gluten free grahams and crushing them because the texture is much closer to actual graham cracker crumbs.

This is so good I made my cheesecake using this for the crust and it taste like the real thing! I’m hooked already ordered more to make cheesecake for all my friends! I did add sugar to the recipe that doesn’t call for it so I’m sure it helped! I’m n heaven it makes enough to go up the sides and it even comes already crushed

Purchased these to make a pue for my son, who recently was diagnosed with celiac. They taste amazing. The only suggestion would be to not use as much butter as you normally would for graham cracker crust. They don't seem to soak it up as well. Chill the crust, it seems to work better with these crumbs. Texture and flavor are like the real thing tho. Will definitely buy again

This is a great gluten free substitute for a graham cracker crumb crust. Easy to use with one-to-one substitution for the glutaminated kind. My GF girlfriend loves it. It is a bit pricey as most GF options are, but worth the money. Fast shipping as well.

Okay, real quick, I could never get this to satisfactorily stay together as a crust. I mean 'satisfactorily', meaning I can, but it doesn't work as well. So, I bought a three pack for Thanksgiving because I missed pie, and I was tired of people eating pie around me last year during the holidays when it's one of my favorite things. So this year I got this box of three to try it out. Pumpkin Pie: It gave me a crust that was solid, but the taste was hard. I ate the bottom, but I didn't bother with the sides. I had a little extra pumpkin mix and just put the mix straight into another dish instead and cooked it. Results, it tasted about the same. So, I think I'll just forgo crust on my pumpkin pies. Cherry Cheesecake: This was fantastic! However, it didn't hold together, but it tasted like a real crust with that real graham cracker taste I wanted. You start out first by making your crust and freezing it for an hour. After that, you fix your pie. Well, of course Pumpkin Pie is in the oven for a long duration, so I imagine that is why it didn't handle it so well. However, I used an already prepared cheesecake mix and berry filling, so there was no baking on the second. I would say to get a decent crust with a decent taste, someone might want to do a pie that takes less time in the oven. For my purposes though, I don't mind the crumbly crust on my cheesecake. At least I get to have yummy graham cracker with my cheesecake! Also, the graham cracker taste is awesome by itself, so I might by some actually graham crackers instead next time.

I really loved this gluten free alternative to graham cracker crumbs. I used it as a the base for squares in baking and the recipe turned out amazing! Even my family couldn’t tell that they were gluten free. I would definitely recommend this product!

Fine for coating fish. Dip in egg first then these crumbs. Fried in butter. Not a bad taste at all. Pleasantly surprised.

Have purchased numerous times as we have a gluten allergy in my house. Usually use it to make burgers, meatballs, and other items that need a binder. Will purchase it again.
